Justice or Just Us?
We are engaged in a great political contest. It is not a debate about how we can best solve the problems of unemployment, recessions, stagnant wages, and the rising cost of housing — but who should we trust to fix them.
Are you searching for the principles that will generate prosperity or a savior who will deliver the American Dream?
You must think, because only you can act in your own self interest.
Consider these questions:
What is the potential of the Single Tax in the Ardens, and to what extent has it made them  the outstanding communities they are?
What gives value to land?
How do landowners capture socially created values?
Is there a connection between unemployment and under-used land?
What is the root cause of recessions and the boom and bust cycle?
Why do wages tend to remain frozen as productivity increases?
Why does the price of housing goes up as the cost of construction goes down?
What is the rightful basis of property (ownership)?
How is a land value tax different from sales and income taxes?
Then Decide: What system offers justice and prosperity now and for future generations
